NFT Claim Hub — User Guide

This page shows which XPR Network NFTs in your wallet are eligible for one-time rewards, and lets you claim those rewards directly through your wallet.

✅ Non‑custodial (your NFT always stays in your wallet) 🔁 1× claim per NFT & pool 🧾 Rules are enforced by the smart contract

1) Getting started & connecting your wallet

Open the page in your browser. In the header you’ll find the Connect WebAuth Wallet button.

  • Click Connect WebAuth Wallet and approve the connection in your wallet.
  • After a successful connection, your account name will be shown.
  • The page then scans your NFTs automatically. You can see progress in the Status section at the bottom.
Tip: If you want to refresh the data, click Disconnect and connect again (or simply reload the page).

3) Filter & sorting

Each view (Projects, Pools, Collections, NFTs) has a search input at the top: Filter projects…, Filter pools…, Filter NFTs…, etc.

  • Search: Type to filter the current list (e.g., project name, pool name, collection, or NFT name).
  • Debounce: Search updates with a short delay (~120ms) to stay smooth with many NFTs.
  • Filter mode (chips): All, Open, Claimed
  • Sort: by USD or Name
Everything is saved: filters, sorting, and your current drilldown location are stored in your browser and restored after reload.

4) How to claim

You can claim rewards at different levels depending on what you’re viewing:

  • Project level: Claim eligible (…) claims all open claims in the project.
  • Pool level: Claim eligible (…) claims all open claims in the pool.
  • NFT level: In each NFT row you can claim a single NFT.

What happens after a claim?

  • The UI updates immediately (you’ll see Claimed and values change).
  • After a few seconds, the app re-checks on-chain/indexed data to confirm everything is up to date.
Important: Always review transaction details in your wallet before signing.

5) “NFTs without rewards”

This section contains NFTs in your wallet that currently do not match any active pool. It behaves like its own “project”:

  • On start you’ll see the NFTs without rewards entry in the project overview.
  • Click it to see collections listed (with Tap for details).
  • Select a collection to see the NFTs inside that collection.
If you expected an NFT to have rewards: check whether a matching pool exists or whether requirements (attributes) are not met. In the pool detail you can review requirements under NFT Requirements.

6) Status & logs

At the bottom you’ll find Status & technical info. It’s collapsed by default.

  • Click the header (or Tap for details) to expand/collapse it.
  • You’ll see status messages (e.g., “Scanning…”, “Scan complete”, error hints).
  • If something doesn’t work, this is the best place to look first.
If you need support: copy the relevant messages from the Status area and send them to the app operator/support.

7) Troubleshooting

I don’t see any projects / NFTs

  • Is your wallet connected? Your account name should be visible in the header.
  • Try Disconnect and connect again, or reload the page.
  • Open the Status box and check for error messages.

After claiming it still shows “Open”

  • Wait a moment — indexers can lag behind on-chain state by a few seconds.
  • The UI re-checks automatically; otherwise reload the page.

Transaction fails

  • Check whether you already claimed (1× per NFT & pool).
  • Some pools may enforce wait times — the smart contract is the final authority.
  • Open the Status box: it usually contains the exact error.

Note: This guide explains the user interface. The smart contract enforces the actual claim rules.
